Pratchaya Vichakote is the founder and Managing Director of THANPRAT LAWYER CO., LTD. He has been actively practicing law and delivering high-level corporate counsel since 2000, bringing over 26 years of seasoned advocacy across Thai courts and commercial boardrooms.
Renowned for comprehensive mastery in civil, commercial, and white-collar criminal law, Mr. Vichakote has earned the enduring trust of major business enterprises and prominent national leaders. He served as dedicated legal advisor to Dr. Vorapol Socatiyanurak (former Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission - SEC Thailand) and Dr. Montree Socatiyanurak.
In addition, he has served as legal expert and lead researcher on high-profile national policy initiatives, including the Feasibility and Suitability Study for Chiang Khong Industrial Estate in Chiang Rai Province, and the Thai Overseas Labor Deployment System Development Project for the Department of Employment, Ministry of Labor.
